Ideally, this question should have been worded so as to exclude Titania and Oberon – the Queen and King of the Fairies, respectively.
The four fairies referred to are often described as "Titania's fairy train". This would be a convenient phrase to use in the question: "Name one of the four fairies in Titania's fairy train, in A Midsummer Night's Dream."
